Therefore, we attach great importance to the processing, packaging and delivery of each order, striving to ensure that every customer can enjoy a shopping experience with peace of mind and pleasure. The following is our detailed delivery and return policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order to better understand our services and commitments.

I. Delivery Policy

Processing and shipping time: All accessories are made by hand. Some styles may require a certain production period. Under normal circumstances, we will complete the production and packaging within 3 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed and arrange for shipment. If it is a specially customized style, it may take longer. We will confirm the specific time with you by email as soon as you place your order.

Mode of transportation and delivery time: Domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. For international orders, the transportation time may range from 10 to 20 working days depending on the destination. Please note that holidays, peak hours or force majeure factors may cause delays. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Logistics tracking: After all packages are dispatched, we will provide a logistics tracking number for you to check the transportation progress at any time. If the logistics information is updated slowly, please wait patiently or contact us at any time for assistance.

Tariffs and import charges: For international orders, the destination country may incur tariffs, import duties or related charges. This part of the cost shall be borne by the recipient. Moonlab Jewelry is unable to predict the specific amount in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

Ii. Return Policy

Return application time limit: If the jewelry you receive has obvious quality issues, transportation damage or is seriously inconsistent with the order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package and provide the order number and relevant photos as proof. We will arrange for your return or exchange as soon as possible after verification.

Return conditions: The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, unused and in good condition. If there are obvious signs of use, missing packaging or man-made damage to the jewelry, we will not be able to accept returns.

Non-returnable situations: As jewelry is a close-fitting product, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept no-reason returns for the time being, unless there are quality issues. At the same time, all custom-made products, engraved ornaments or specially customized items are not eligible for return or refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Return shipping fee: If the return is due to product quality issues or wrong shipment, we will bear the return shipping fee. If a return application is made due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size selection or changes in personal preferences), the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer themselves.

Refund time: Once we receive and confirm that the returned goods meet the conditions, we will process the refund for you within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment channel. Please note that there may be certain processing delays among different banks or payment platforms.
